JOIN MARC
MARC is committed to the prompt and fair administration of Medicare Secondary Payer liability claims. The Coalition is dedicated to facilitating a national level coordination, collaboration, and communication among the member organizations as a community speaking with one voice regarding Medicare reimbursement and recovery policies.
The Coalition’s mission is to be a strong industry partner with CMS and Congressional leaders in developing and enhancing Medicare reimbursement and broader MSP reforms to ensure that the secondary payer program works effectively, efficiently and economically for the ultimate benefit of the Medicare beneficiary community.
MARC membership is open to any individual or organization that is affiliated, interested, or works in an environment that deals with Medicare Secondary Payer statutes.
Current membership entities represent a broad range of interests and sectors that include insureds, insurers, insurance and trade associations, self-insureds, third party administrators, attorneys, and brokers.
MARC Membership Levels and Benefits
Steering Committee Membership Level – Financial Investment: $20,000
Membership Benefit:
- Participates with industry leaders to develop and implement strategic legislative and regulatory policy to enhance Medicare reimbursement and to achieve broader MSP reform
- Ability to attend legislative and regulatory meetings on Capitol Hill and with government agencies on behalf of MARC
- Direct access to national industry experts and government leaders working collaboratively as part of the Coalition to enhance Medicare Secondary Payer issues
- Responsible for decision-making as it relates to the Coalition’s operational infrastructure
- Has voting privileges
- Attends MARC meetings and conference calls
- Eligible to hold elected office
- Receives all pertinent Coalition mailings and information
Associate Membership Level – Financial Investment: $5,000
Membership Benefit:
- Participates in coalition meetings and conference calls
- Has voting privileges
- Receives all pertinent Coalition mailings and information
- Access during Coalition meetings to national industry experts on Medicare Secondary Payer issues
MARC Membership Submission and Approval Process
Complete and submit the membership application by mail. Membership applications will be reviewed and approved by the members of the MARC Steering Committee.
