PAID ACT IMPLEMENTATION NEXT STEPS

PAID ACT IMPLEMENTATION NEXT STEPS

Congress has urged the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to coordinate with industry MSP stakeholders in the implementation of the PAID Act, which will require close communication and information exchange from industry Medicare secondary payer (MSP) experts in the coming year.

MARC will be at the forefront of these discussions, as the lead Coalition in Washington D.C. dedicated to MSP reform.   MARC will be working closely with CMS, our Coalition member experts and other stakeholder entities to begin this important implementation process, and to ensure a smooth and seamless implementation of the PAID Act.

If you are an insurer or self-insured and are interested in participating on MARC’s PAID Act Implementation work group, to work with CMS, exchange information or assist in the implementation process please contact Susan Murdock (susan@murdockinc.com).
